EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

Our exchange process follows similar guidelines to the return process. Begin with contacting us letting us know the reason for your requested exchange (different size, different color, etc) please include your order number and tracking number. Exchanges will only be eligible for the complimentary return shipping label within the 14 days after receiving your product. We will process the product the same as a return (see return policy), by sending you a return label and instructions. Once your return is processed, you will need to re-order the product that you are looking to exchange it with. We will honour any sale prices and adjust the price following the order (ie. refund any amount that you paid extra for your exchanged product if sale is no longer valid). 

Responses to exchange inquiries will be responded to in 1-2 business days. Once the exchange is confirmed, the complimentary shipping label will be sent right away. 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hygienic tag, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@catch23swim.com. Please be sure to include your receipt with purchase date (screenshots are perfect) and shipping tracking number, and the reason for return. We may request photos depending on the nature of the return. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as any instructions needed on the re-packaging of your items. Responses to return inquiries will be responded to in 1-2 business days. Once the return is confirmed, the return shipping label will be sent right away.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted nor will a refund be given.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@catch23swim.com.

DAMAGES & OTHER ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product(s) for any damage or if it is the wrong item and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
