Our exchange process follows similar guidelines to the return process. Begin with contacting us letting us know that you are looking for an exchange (different size, different color, etc) please include your order number and tracking number. Exchanges will only be eligible for the complimentary return shipping label within the 14 days after receiving your product. We will process the product the same as an exchange, by sending you a return label and instructions. Once your return is processed, you will need to re-order the product that you are looking at exchanging for. We will honour any sale prices and adjust the price following the order (ie. refund any amount that you paid extra for your exchange product). 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with hygienic tag, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Please be sure to include your receipt with purchase date (screenshots are perfect) and shipping tracking number, and the reason for return. We may request photos depending on the nature of the return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as any instructions needed on the re-packaging of your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
